Joining the Howick Golf Club
Founded in 1946 the Howick Golf Club is renowned for its camaraderie, friendly atmosphere and some of the best views in the country.
Clubhouse facilities include the check-in and golf shop, administration and bathroom areas. From the upstairs lounge members enjoy panoramic harbour scenes over a snack or drink in the company of fellow playing partners.
Situated on an idyllic peninsula site, the course is only a short distance from the centre of Auckland yet is away from traffic noise and hustle bustle of the city. To avoid congestion on the golf course membership numbers of the Howick Golf Club are restricted, though at certain times vacancies may arise in any category.
New members are welcome and encouraged to take part in numerous social events and playing competitions on the annual club calendar. For those new to the game please contact us and we can recommend a PGA Professional to you. We have an active Junior section, and they meet on a Sunday morning. Contact the club for more details.
Our subscription year runs for 12 months from month of joining. Please note that currently there is NO JOINING FEE.
