WET WEATHER

Created: Fri 28.05.10

If you are all wondering how wet the course may be after 10 days of continual rain, here are the recorded amounts for your information.   From January through until the 18th of May 147.5 mm of rain was recorded, and in the last 10 days 137.5 mm has been recorded.   So, yes,  it is a little wet at present while the moisture levels are high in the top of the playing surfaces.  Please take care when playing as some areas are slippery.  For those of you using golf carts please think about the best and safest way of getting around the course.  All members and visitors are reminded to help preserve the course by taking sand buckets with them during each round.
