Howick Golf Club
75th Jubilee
The Howick Golf Club will be celebrating its 75th Jubilee with a week of golf and festivities in October, from Tuesday 19th through till Monday 25th (Labour Day).*
This will be a major event for our club where we will be inviting existing members plus ex-members (from around New Zealand and overseas) to join us for at least some part of the week to meet up with old friends and reminisce about our “friendly” golf club.
We’re currently working on the development of an ‘online’ registration page on our website for people to register their interest and activities they would like to participate in. We will advise when this is open. (We will of course also accept phone/written registrations for those without access to the internet).
In the meantime please
a) Note the dates in your diary
b) Forward this e-mail to any ex-members that you are in contact with – so that they too can pencil in the dates and hopefully think of planning a visit back to Musick Point.
We’re also planning to publish a 75th jubilee ‘history of the club” and are keen to obtain any historical information and/or photos that members/ex-members may be holding.
